This is my road home. I did not try to cross this as I did not know if any timbers were missing in the bridge. The waters were over the bridge for three days.
This usually happens at a min of twice a year when the Morass rises due to rain upstream. One night we arrived to this and walked accross with our shopping which we left on the road. We then walked 8klms home in the dark and rain. I do admit I was frightened. A long hot shower awaits. Wayne has gone with the other car to pick up the shopping. Oh the trials and tribulations of living in the bush. If it not in drought, floods and fires then I guess things are looking good and we are all happy.
