PODCASTING

Hi all
I have been trying to find out about podcasting. All you need is a microphone to plug into your computer or on some sites you only need a phone. I am putting a link in here for you to look at yourselves. I am hoping to give it a go later in the week when I have a mic and some time to spare.

Is anyone out here who can help? I have got into audacity and recorded my voice but I do not know where to go from here. If you can please leave a message in the comments section it would be greatly appreciated.
