Libraries and Web 2.0

This is a link I found in PLMC's web 2.0.
The inovation of the web 2.0 in Libraries is a great tool for communiction and linking many education types together. We must not forget that there are still many people out there who do not know how to turn on a computer so we must remember to still keep things simple and the paper work flowing for the computer illiterate. There is enough stress in the world today, so keep it simple for all the users whether internet or walk ins.
